  1. IN THE VINEYARD: history of wine region Bolgheri Description of the different vineyard seasons with some practical examples depending on the moment of the year.
  2. IN THE CELLAR: explanation of winemaking and ageing method.
  3. TASTINGS: tasting of the whole production with “bruschette”.
