THE VISIT OF THE WINERY AND WINE TASTINGS

The visit of the family estate Fornacelle, is leaded by the producers and it is composed of 3 different moments.

1. IN THE VINEYARD: history of wine region Bolgheri Description of the different vineyard seasons with some practical examples depending on the moment of the year.
2. IN THE CELLAR: explanation of winemaking and ageing method.
3. TASTINGS: tasting of the whole production with “bruschette”.
